- About KCDH :
Koita Centre for Digital Health (KCDH) at IIT Bombay is the first of its kind in India, focused on driving academic programs, research, and industry collaborations in Digital Health. IIT Bombay is no. 1 Institute in India for innovation and is known as the premier institute for engineering education, research, and entrepreneurship.
KCDH was established in June 2021 with generous contribution from alumni Rekha and Rizwan Koita, under the aegis of the Koita Foundation (www.koitafoundation.org) to address the needs of engineers, clinical professionals and entrepreneurs in Digital health and to develop technology for societal benefits. The centre has established strong links with leading hospital systems, healthcare research organizations, academic organizations, and other departments within IIT Bombay which have strong capabilities in branches of medicine and healthcare applications.

- Position Title: Marketing Specialist - KCDH
- Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer, KCDH
- Duration: (89 days / 1 year): 1 year
- Salary Band: PR-O4 (91200-158400)
- Job Purpose:
To strategize, execute, analyse and measure steps for increasing visibility for KCDH internally and externally.
- Key Responsibilities:
Create strategies and implement tactics to increase visibility for KCDH through various channels and social media platforms
Research, prepare, write, and edit content for marketing and web-site development including copywriting and graphics
Prepare slide decks, brochures, training materials, grant proposals etc in alignment with KCDH brand strategy
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade KCDH website
Analyze performance indicators and web traffic and determine effectiveness of created content
Improve user experience of the website
Internal and external PR planning and execution in conjunction with PRO
- Desired Profile:
Degree in mass communication, journalism, marketing, English, or related field
Approx 5 years of experience in copywriting, graphic design, programming or a related field is desired
Good working knowledge of HTML and SEO
Excellent communication and team-work skills
Should have an eye for detail and outstanding problem-solving skills
- General information:
The position is temporary for a period of 1 year and tenable only for the duration of the project. The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview. Candidates called for interview will be required to attend at his/ her own expenses.
